This Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities as a U.S.-based retailer under applicable consumer protection laws.
Disclaimer: PlayOra is a U.S.-based authorized retailer. We do not manufacture the products sold on our website. Product defects or design limitations are the responsibility of the respective manufacturer. However, we will assist you in resolving such issues to the best of our ability.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Personalized or custom-ordered products
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
- Gift cards or promotional items
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the correct return address and any applicable return labels.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
Important: Please do not send your return to the address listed on the shipping label. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and RMA number. Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 10 business days back to your original method of payment.
- Original Shipping Charges: Non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective product.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If your refund is delayed or missing, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If issues persist, feel free to contact us.
Note: Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to alternate accounts.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item:
- Email us at support@playora.us with your order number and issue.
- Send us photos of the damage or issue, if applicable.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra charge.
We do not offer exchanges for size/color preferences unless specified on the product page.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photo documentation to process a claim with our suppliers.
Upon confirmation, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may initiate a return once received.
